Province to loan up to $15M to Meadow Lake pulp mill

Over the years, the Saskatchewan government has invested $800 million in the venture through loans. Last year the government confirmed that following write-downs, its investment is now worth nothing.

That's so fucked up it deserves upside-down Spanish punctuation marks:

¿¡¿$800 million?!?

I am seriously interested in hearing why spending this kind of money on a retarded investment that employs less than 200 people when we're more than $12 billion in debt is anything but a completely ridiculous idea.

Your tax dollars at work, folks! Please remember this come election time and vote the NDP out of office - that is, if you haven't moved away by then like everyone else has.

Definitely!! specially now that I am a taxpayer!
Some people like it up the ass. Not me "per se". I personally love the labor shortage, because I'm never going to be out of work.... Oh wait, so if everything shuts down cuz everyone moves ...! Debt and no jobs. That's Saskatchewan. You really are the Land of the Living Lies. P.S. 9+5=14
