Me and my buddy from Calgary on the project are leaving early in the morning tomorrow to head to Washington. We are planning to spend the day at the National Air and Space Museum. I sure hope we get to see all of it. I am looking forward to fulfilling a childhood dream of seeing the Space Shuttle Enterprise! There is also a bus between the two sites of the museum that should hopefully take us downtown to do some sight-seeing as well. Tomorrow night, we are going to meet up with Nick and then crash at his place at Georgetown. On Sunday I'm not sure what we're going to be doing, but I have to be back in town here for supper, so I have time to make it to the Royal Rumble!

I got some interesting news at work today. Since I am doing the company a huge favour and not costing them a million dollars to fly me home every weekend (which is theoretically my right), my manager's manager suggested that perhaps the client might be willing to send me down to Mexico for a long weekend as a kind of nod to my personal sacrifice. I doubt it's going to happen, but, wow, would that ever be cool!

Also, if I hear one more thing advertised as "low carbs", I am going to throw up. Jesus Christ, are some people ever stupid!
